Percy is an Engineering Director specialized in aerospace SaaS solutions, with roughly three decades of direct aircraft design, engineering, maintenance, tooling/systems integration, retrofit design engineering, and project management experience across the OEM and MRO landscape, worldwide, compliant with FAA and EASA standards.

He designed and led "Colibry" development - conceptualized from direct stakeholder insight, built the reliability maintenance program, compliance, valuation, and supply chain automation, led the cross-functional team (backend/frontend/SaaS/Design/UI-UX/3D), and validated the build through real field testing (F900LX MSN270 (PPI Protocol) & F7X MSN166 (1C Check), both T7-BCS registered).

"Colibry", a compliance-grade operating system was inspired after his years working closely with P145/P21 organizations, aircraft customers, P135/P91 owners, operators, pilots, maintenance managers, CAMO, OEM engineering & financial customer support teams, achieving average 20% cost-reduction in maintenance contract costs whilst delivering 3Dtechnical proposals adressing engineering anomalies, the same stakeholder network Colibry's go to market already draws on.
